Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any point. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, so you never lose time you've paid for.
What does BYOK mean?
Bring Your Own Key. If you plug in your own LLM API key — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Groq, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — in Settings → API Keys, your Coworkers call that provider directly, at zero markup and never metered by Aecaro. It's entirely optional: every plan already includes AI usage on Aecaro's own key that resets daily, so you don't need a key to start.

What are sub-Coworkers?
Sub-Coworkers are Coworkers spawned by your main Coworker to handle parallel or specialised work. For example, your primary Coworker might spin up a sub-Coworker to write code while another reviews it simultaneously. Sub-Coworkers don't count against your active Coworker limit — only your top-level Coworkers do.
What is the Orchestrator?
The Orchestrator is a visual control plane for running multi-Coworker workflows at scale. You design Coworker pipelines — who does what, in what order, with what dependencies — and the Orchestrator manages execution, retries, and escalations. It's available from the Max plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from Billing settings. Payments already made are non-refundable, since deploying your Coworkers has real infrastructure costs from the moment you subscribe.
